In 1974 Carolyn Crenshaw was a delegate to LYS from Captain Shreve High School in Shreveport. She returned to serve on staff as a Junior Counselor in 1975 and 1976. In 1977 and 1978, she served as a Counselor.

Today, Carolyn Crenshaw Carol is Vice President, Management Systems, Coca-Cola North America. She is responsible for leading the transformation of CCNA’s enabling infrastructure to drive sustainable growth – including CCNA business process design, information technology, operational change management, internal communications, productivity strategy and overall management routines. Carolyn joined The Coca-Cola Company in 1998, and over the years she has held various managerial roles in the foodservice and bottler operations business units, including Vice President, Strategic Planning and Information and most recently Executive Assistant to the CCNA President. Prior to joining The Coca-Cola Company, Carolyn was a management consultant to the healthcare industry. She holds a MBA from the Darden School at The University of Virginia, and a B.S. in Biology from Rhodes College. Carolyn lives in Atlanta, Georgia, with her husband, Ralph Carl, and their son.
